Discovery Flights

A 30-minute flight with one of our instructors, and you'll be at the controls for most of it! You'll also receive a First Flight Certificate and starter logbook. Up to three passengers, depending on weight.
In-flight photos are encouraged!

AFC provides flight and ground instruction ranging from Private Pilot to CFI, CFII, MEI, tailwheel, high performance, complex, aerobatic, CFI spin training, and more! Discovery flights, and aircraft rentals which are available for rent to all licensed pilots.  We are located at the Augusta Municipal Airport (3AU) which is 10 miles East of the city of Wichita off of HWY 54, taking the SW exit into Indianola Rd - Take the first left!
Our flight school offers flying lessons 7 days a week provided by independent flight instructors, offering flexible flight scheduling that works best for you. Call to  for more information or to schedule an appointment.
